Core Aeration

A core aerator pulls small plugs of soil out of the lawn, leaving open channels through the packed layer underneath. Clay-heavy ground across Haverhill compacts quickly under foot traffic, pets, and weekly mowing, and once it does, water and fertilizer stop reaching the roots. Aeration is the mechanical fix for that.

Overseeding

Overseeding spreads fresh grass seed across an existing lawn to close thin areas and raise plant density. It works best immediately after aeration, when open holes give the seed direct contact with moist soil instead of leaving it to sit on thatch.
